Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Prouter account and associated account data at any time. This page is available without signing in so Android users can request deletion even after uninstalling the app.

How To Request Deletion

Send a deletion request from the email address used for your Prouter account. Include the account email if you are writing from a different address.

What We Delete

• Account profile information associated with your Prouter account.
• Generated content, prompts, uploaded files, and workspace records associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally available.
• API keys and active authentication access for the account.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or abuse-prevention reasons. Retained records are limited to what is needed for those purposes.
