Information We Collect

• Account information from password or Google authentication, including name, email address, avatar, account ID, and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace content such as prompts, uploaded files, conversations, generated outputs, and media requests.
• Routing and usage data including model selections, token counts, latency, cost estimates, provider choices, and fallback events.
• Billing and wallet metadata, including payment status, credit balance, transaction history, and Stripe checkout references.
• First-party page visit analytics, including page path, referrer, campaign parameters, and hashed visitor/session identifiers.
• Technical data such as device/browser information, logs, IP-derived security signals, API key metadata, and error diagnostics.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, route AI requests, generate outputs, secure the platform, calculate usage, process wallet credits, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not use third-party analytics products for page visit counting.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the service, including AI model providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, Google authentication, Stripe payments, email delivery, and operational support systems. We do not sell personal information.

AI Providers

Prouter is local-first where available. Some requests may be routed to third-party AI providers for cloud reasoning, image generation, video generation, voice generation, embeddings, specialist models, or fallback capacity. Those providers may process submitted prompts, files, and outputs to complete the requested task.

Payments

Payments and card details are handled by Stripe. We receive payment and wallet metadata needed to maintain your account balance and transaction history, but we do not store full card numbers.

Security And Retention

We use authenticated sessions, HTTPS, server-side API key controls, access checks, internal ledgers, and audit data to protect the service. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and operational needs, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain accurate billing records.

Your Choices

You may stop using the service, sign out, revoke API keys, avoid submitting sensitive content, and contact us about privacy or account requests. Some records may need to be retained for security, compliance, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
